Ryan Gold Corp. Announces Change in Management
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/26/13 -- Ryan Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RYG) ("Ryan Gold" or the "Company") announces that Murray John has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. John has resigned as Executive Chairman and remains a director of the Company. Peter McRae has been appointed non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. David Schmidt, the Company's Interim President & CEO, will continue as a director and assumes the role of Vice President Corporate Development.
Mr. McRae is the President and CEO of Freedom International Brokerage Company. He is also a director of Corona Gold Corporation.
Mr. John is President & CEO of Dundee Resources Limited, President & CEO of Corona Gold Corporation, and a director of a number of other public companies.
