(TSX Venture: STR.H) ("The Company") today announced its quarterly results for the period ended September 30, 2013. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
Financial Results
The Company incurred a net loss of $6,615 and $20,805 for the three and nine month period ending September 30, 2013, as compared to a net loss of $32,536 and comprehensive loss of $486,082 for the comparative three and nine month period ending September 30, 2012.
Operating expenses were $6,615 and $20,805 for the three and nine month period ending September 30, as compared to operating expenses of $32,536 and $93,888 for the comparative three and nine month period ending September 30, 2012.
Liquidity and Outstanding Share Capital
As at September 30, 2013 the Company had a working capital deficit of $13,884.
As at November 28, 2013 the Company had 4,471,323 common shares issued and outstanding.
