Grontmij announces temporary absence chairman Supervisory Board due to health reasons

De Bilt, 29 November 2013 - Grontmij N.V. a listed consulting & engineering
company with strong European presence, announces that Mr Jan van der Zouw is
temporarily unable to act as Chairman of the Supervisory Board due to health
reasons.
Mr Jan van der Zouw is scheduled for a medical procedure in December, and is
expected to resume his duties in the first quarter of 2014. During his absence,
Mrs Karin Dorrepaal, currently member of the Supervisory Board, will act as ad-
interim Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
