The specially developed sublimation paper TRANSJET Sportsline Hi-Tack 940
is a new addition to the TRANSJET label from Cham Paper Group. The TRANSJET
Sportsline range features products in which the paper has a tack-effect on
the sports textiles in the transfer process. This new product improves
adhesive properties for the majority of all polyester-based textiles.
Adhesion is now possible on rigid polyester fabrics as well as stretchable
elastane textiles.
Compatibility with sports textiles
High quality printing is possible on both loose-knit and stretchable PES
fibres, as well as fine meshed, non-stretchable ones with TRANSJET
Sportsline Hi-Tack 940 offering optimum adherence. TRANSJET products are
around 98% compatible with sports apparel. Some of the major benefits of
TRANSJET Sportsline are the following:
- improved adhesion of the paper on the textile to be printed
- improved textile shrinkage control
- compensates for common ghosting effect
- finer lines and better text quality
The adhesive effect of the paper on the textile increases the rigidity
during the transfer process thus reducing shrinkage effects. After the
transfer process, TRANSJET Sportsline can be carefully removed from the
substrate, thus preventing damage to the surface of the textile. TRANSJET
Sportsline products are suitable for printing various types of sports
apparel. With its TRANSJET Sportsline range, Cham Paper Group can help
clients to achieve a more efficient and reliable production.
