Sandvika, November 29, 2013: The Extraordinary General Meeting of the
shareholders of REC Silicon ASA was held today, November 29, 2013, at 11:00
(Oslo time).
The minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting recording the resolutions
made are enclosed hereto. 685,135,825 shares were represented at the meeting,
corresponding to approximately 29.61 percent of the share capital.
Further to the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting issued on November
8, 2013, the Extraordinary General Meeting approved, as follows from the
minutes, all resolutions as proposed by the Board of Directors.
