PROCON MultiMedia AG (ISIN: DE0005122006, Prime Standard), an
internationally leading full service provider of technical equipment for
events, film- and television productions, has appointed Mr. Lars Schwarz as
the new member of the Management Board of PROCON MultiMedia AG. Mr. Schwarz
will be in charge of finances, controlling, tax, legal, risk management and
administration (CFO, Chief Financial Officer). After the study of business
administration Mr. Schwarz was engaged as the head of finance in a German
group of companies. Since June, 1st, 2005 he is working for PROCON as a
financial controller. Mr. Morten Carlsson remains the Chairman of the
Management Board.
Mr. Schwarz replaces Mr. Christian Möller, who will resign from office by
September, 30th, 2010 due to personal reasons. The Supervisory Board has
given its consent to Mr. Möller's wish to leave the Company. The Company
likes to thank Mr. Möller very much for the successful cooperation during
the last years and wishes him all the best for his future.
