Focus Extends Warrants

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/29/13 -- Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: FCV) announces that its management has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the expiry date of certain private placement warrants previously issued by the Company. Accordingly, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the expiry date of outstanding warrants entitling the holders to purchase up to a total of 7,037,000 shares at $0.20 per share has been extended by six months to July 31, 2014.
