AlarmForce Announces the Resignation of a Board Member

(TSX: AF) (the "Company" or "AlarmForce") today announces that Richard Boxer has resigned as a director of the Company effective November 29, 2013. Mr. Boxer has advised the Company that he has resigned in order to devote time to other commitments.
