Raptor Technology AG with new acquisition
Raptor Technology AG (ISIN: CH0100475216; Austrian Code: RAP;
WKN: A0RLJU) enters a new major shareholding. The company acquired the
majority of German based eTailer Gamingstuff UG (haftungsbeschränkt). With
its domains www.your-world-of-gaming.de and www.steelseries-shop.de the
company runs sound and stable webshops since a couple of years. This
acquisition is the first step of Raptor Technology AG to develop and
establish the new business unit 'Trading'. Bedsides the pure eCommerce the
company also intends to open a store chain in the mid term. The revenue
goal for Gamingstuff UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in the year 2011 is 750,000
EUR and for the year 2012 already 2,500,000 EUR. This acquisition is the
straight execution of the long term business plan and secures the rapid
growth of the company.
