to be the newest data provider in TecDoc, the world's leading online,
automotive electronic parts catalog and database system. Starting in
October 2010 (with TecDoc version 2010-4), worldwide commercial customers,
such as dealers and automotive service providers, will be able to directly
select and order all of iQ Power's products on line. iQ Power, together
with the Cologne-based TecDoc Informations System GmbH, will be showing
this catalog and ordering system to customers in September at the
automotive industry trade fair Automechanika 2010 in Frankfurt.

TecDoc is the internationally leading supplier of electronic motor-vehicle
parts information for the retail and automotive industries. TecDoc provides
the automotive replacement parts market with current and comprehensive data
for identifying and ordering parts for both passenger cars and commercial
vehicles in 25 languages and in standardized catalog form directly from the
databases of its some 380 cooperating automotive parts manufacturers and
brands.

work with this system. In the United States, TecDoc cooperates with the
American catalog provider MindQuest Inc. in the OptiCat joint venture that
was founded in 2009. OptiCat enables distributors and automotive service
providers in the United States to access TecDoc data as well. TecDoc
currently covers more than 42,000 types of automobiles and over 33,000
types of commercial vehicles.
