Annual General Meeting of Ralos New Energies AG

- Supervisory Board enlarged
Griesheim, September 6, 2010: Solar power company Ralos New Energies AG
held its Annual General Meeting in Frankfurt/Main on August 31, 2010.
All motions put forward by the Board were accepted virtually unanimously.
Additional share capital was authorized, an authority to repurchase shares
was granted and approval was given to move the listing of Ralos shares to
the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to reflect the
increasing interest of institutional and international investors.
Given the increased international presence and size of the company and the
resulting management and corporate governance requirements the Supervisory
Board was enlarged from three to six members and new members were elected.
The Supervisory Board now consists of Dr. Rüdiger von Eisenhart-Rothe
(Chairman), Mr. Jean Pierre Sweerts (Deputy Chairman), Mr. Friedrich von
Diest, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lother Petry and Mr. Pierre Suhrcke. A sixth member
will be appointed shortly.
