Eagle Professional Resources Inc. Acquires Group Vallianz Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/02/13 -- Eagle Professional Resources is pleased to announce it has acquired 100% of the assets of Group Vallianz Inc. of Montreal. The deal closed on November 30th, 2013.
