Extraordinary general meeting of TIE Kinetix N.V. approves takeover of
TOMORROW FOCUS Technologies GmbH from TOMORROW FOCUS AG
Munich, Germany, 2 December 2013 - At an extraordinary general meeting held
on 28 November 2013, the shareholders of Dutch firm TIE Kinetix N.V.
approved the complete takeover of Munich-based digital technology and
creative services agency TOMORROW FOCUS Technologies GmbH (TFT GmbH) from
TOMORROW FOCUS AG with effect from 2 December 2013.
TOMORROW FOCUS AG announced the planned sale of TFT GmbH on 11 October 2013
as part of a new strategic focus on business-to-customer (B2C) business
models. At that point, however, the takeover was subject to approval by an
extraordinary general meeting of TIE Kinetix N.V. That approval has now
been given.
Commenting on the deal, TOMORROW FOCUS AG's CEO Toon Bouten explained: 'As
TFT GmbH's new partner, TIE Kinetix N.V. will take it forward on a
sustainable path. We are looking forward to working with both companies in
the future.'
