Altira Group is taking steps to add additional strength to Altira Advisory
GmbH. Josef Pfannenstill is the company's new Managing Director, now
forming part of the management team along with Altira Group CEO Michael
Rieder and Oliver Brandt. Pfannenstill will have responsibility for client
services for intermediaries and distribution partners such as banks,
investment managers and funds of funds.
As new Managing Director, Josef Pfannenstill brings with him many years of
experience in the institutional investor business. In his previous
positions, he has acquired especially far-ranging expertise in investment
solutions in the sustainability and energy areas. Thus, for example, he has
served as a member of the Management Board of Versiko AG, where he was in
charge of transactions forÖkoworld Lux, building upÖkoworld investment
fund sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Previously, he
was Head of Marketing for Germany and Austria, as well as for Central and
Eastern Europe, at Fortis Investments. At BNP Paribas Asset Management
before that, he was responsible for sales in Austria and in Central and
Eastern Europe as well.
Josef Pfannenstill: 'With the themes focused on by its investments, the
