Organization Acquires IDS Content Library; Opening Offices in Washington DC
(firmenpresse) - WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/03/13 -- Keesing Technologies, a subsidiary of Hologram Industries, global leaders in optical and digital authentication tools and systems, announced an agreement has been finalized with ID Scientific (IDS). The largest content holder of North American driver's licenses is to be sold and integrated into the Keesing's digital authentication portfolio.
Keesing is the owner of the world's most comprehensive library of ID documents. With the addition of the driver's licenses to its library, the company further enhances its position of being the largest and most authoritative source of identity documents in the world. The integration of North American content provides Keesing's customers and many other organizations with a unique capability to authenticate identity documents per the legal and/or regulatory mandates of E-Verify, HSPD-12 (SP 800-79), and the U.S. Passport, as well as any other requirements whereby governments and organizations are required to authenticate the identity documents presented by individuals.
Keesing also opens a new subsidiary to focus on commercial development opportunities in the Americas. To be based in the Washington DC area, the new subsidiary represents a commitment by Keesing and its parent company, Hologram Industries, to support key customers, associations and partners in the region.
