Revolutionary eROCKIT Doubles Its Range
Industry-leading electric motorcycle now boasts over 100KM of driving enjoyment
(firmenpresse) - BERLIN, Germany. – December 02, 2013 – eROCKIT GmbH today announced a significant breakthrough in vehicle range, and a new addition to its vehicle lineup.
"We are pleased to announce that our R&D department managed to double the range of the eROCKIT", said CEO Stefan Gulas. “Using new, high-performance lithium-ion cells, our new Long Range model enables rides of over 100 km on a single charge.”
The eROCKIT is an electric motorcycle that is ridden as easily as a bicycle. With a few pushes on the pedals, riders can easily reach speeds of over 80 km/h, while enjoying breathtaking acceleration. The nimble eROCKIT excels in commuter traffic, and can leave many a car standing at a light.
AutoBild magazine editors recently demonstrated their enthusiasm for the eROCKIT, summarizing their test drive at Nurburgring: "Wow, what a ride! Looks like a bicycle, rides like a rocket." The Mai edition of DMAX magazine echoed their comments: "Pure Power ... This two-wheeler is a product you’ll crave!"
In extensive road tests, eROCKIT has proven that the new vehicle’s range is maintained even when driving in a sporty style. For Inventor and Founder Gulas, this yet another milestone in the company's history.
"While our current customers have been enjoying the bike and the 0% emissions principally in urban areas, this new Long-Range eROCKIT is an ideal means of transportation for commuters, weekend cruisers, couriers and businesspeople."
In addition to personal use, the eROCKIT enjoys growing popularity in the enterprise space, where the vehicle provides not only a fast and green means of transportation, but a highly-effective brand ambassador.
eROCKIT is currently taking orders for the new Long Range model, and deliveries of the new bike will begin in May 2014. For companies and fleet vehicles, eROCKIT is currently offering a special fleet edition through the end of 2013, including both customized airfoils and company branding. Prices in Germany start at 12,460 EUR for the normal version. The Long Range model costs an additional 2,900 EUR.
