Starting today, joint customers can install TRIBES from Zendesk's app Marketplace. TRIBES will allow them to greatly and instantly expand their social reach -- automatically creating tickets from live customer service conversations and support requests happening across the whole of Twitter and Facebook. TRIBES uses OpenAmplify's multi-patented NLP technology to analyze the actual meaning of social conversations and brand mentions.
