For clarity, thefull text of the amended announcement is set out below:ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTSThe Company announces that on 26 June 2009 it allotted 240,946ordinary shares of 25p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribefor shares under the terms of the Company's Dividend InvestmentScheme. The subscription price was 73.2p per share. Following theabove allotment, there are 40,170,808 ordinary shares in issue.Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity forthese shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinaryshares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities.In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifiesthe market that the capital of the Company consists of 40,170,808ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p each and 20,612,249 Cshares with a nominal value of 75p each.
