Delticom AG has appointed Andreas Prüfer as Co-CEO

Hanover, 03 December 2013 - The Supervisory Board of Delticom AG (German
Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock market symbol DEX),
Europe's leading online tyre dealer, today appointed Andreas Prüfer to the
Management Board and Co-CEO with effect from 1 January 2014. As announced
on 27 November 2013, the current Co-CEO Rainer Binder will resign his
position as a member of the Management Board for personal reasons with
effect from the end of the current fiscal year. Philip von Grolmann remains
second Co-CEO at Delticom.
Andreas Prüfer co-founded Delticom in 1999 and had managed the company as a
member of the Management Board for a long time before joining the
Supervisory Board. In this position he has closely supported Delticom over
the last years. Mr. Prüfer will resign as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
by the end of this year.
