Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Orders
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/03/13 -- Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: OTS) announces that the cease trade orders issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on April 25, 2013 and the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 17, 2013 have all been fully revoked.
The Corporation is focused on working diligently to have the trading of the Corporation's common shares re-instated on the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Corporation anticipates that the trading of the Corporation's common shares through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange will resume in a few business days, subject to the Corporation satisfying the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.
