ACQUIRE A WELLNESS CENTER IN AUSTRIA
Singapore, 4th October 2010- Presidents Corporate Group ('Presidents') has
entered into a Letter Of Intent to acquire a Wellness Center in Austria for
an estimated purchase price of EURO 10,000,000 (Ten Million Euros) in cash
and shares.
The wellness centre in Austria is an emerging trend in Europe where
healthcare and wellness are top priorities for the population. Both the
companies are eager to augment their businesses with more acquisitions in
the industry and see tremendous potential for growth in the near future.
The Wellness Center is licensed as a hospital as well as recreational
recovery center for injuries and other physiological recovery center.
