MBMI Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

("MBMI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MBR.H) announces that Eric Chan has been appointed its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chan, a Chartered Accountant who is in public practice, was an assurance partner at a medium-sized public accounting firm for 21 years, providing advisory, assurance, non-assurance, financing, tax planning, and merger and acquisition services to businesses in Canada for over 30 years. His experience covers many industries, including finance and investment, manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling and distribution. Mr. Chan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kam and Ronson Media Group Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, as well as several Canadian private companies.
In connection with this appointment, Ming Shun Cheng resigned as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Joseph Shuen Chuen Chan, interim President and Chief Executive Office of MBMI, thanked Mr. Cheng for his service to the Company and its shareholders during this important period of management transition.
