Parta Dialogue Announces Meeting of Shareholders, Proposes Name Change and Consolidation

("Parta" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: PAD) announces it will hold an annual and special meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation on December 30, 2013 at 10h00 in the offices of McMillan LLP located at 1,000 Sherbrooke street west, Montreal, Quebec, H3A 3G4, suite 2700 for its shareholders to vote on the following matters as more detailed in the information circular filed by the Corporation at :
About the new proposed directors
The board of directors of the Corporation currently includes Paul Allard, Edmund King, Jean-Francois Pelland and Adrian Teuscher, all of them being nominated for re-election. In addition thereto, the Corporation proposes the election as directors of the Corporation of Mr. Gilbert Boyer and of Mr. Daniel Lafleche, both of them being already officers of the Corporation.
Gilbert Boyer - Chief Financial Officer and proposed director of the Corporation
With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mr. Boyer CMA, CPA has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, with several years focused in the manufacturing and service sectors. He served as Controller of SDM Inc. for 8 years, as the Controller of Drakkar Human Resources for another 8 years, and as the Director of Finances at Location Brossard for 3 years prior to becoming a founding member and the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation in 2009.
Daniel Lafleche - Vice President and proposed director of the Corporation
With more than 25 years in the entertainment business, Mr. Lafleche has been involved in musicals such as Chicago, Rent, Grease, Les Miserables, and has touched all facets of production: actor, technician, production director, associate producer, and producer. He was the co-founder of Alternative Channel, a web TV channel devoted to sustainable development. In 2001, he worked in live show productions for the Just For Laughs Festival, in Montreal. In 2003, he became the Chief Operating Officer of Z Productions inc. working on TV projects such as "Psychic Witness" a 4.5M$ television series for Discovery channel. He co-founded Alternative Media Initiative Inc. in 2006 and is also one of founding members of the Corporation.
