OR KPMG FOR ITS NEXT FISCAL PERIOD
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB, Friday, October 8th, 2010: GRIT International Inc.,
'GRIT' (FRANKFURT: 3GR1) announces to engage one of the Big Four
Accounting Firms (Deloitte Touche, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst&Young,
or KPMG) for its next fiscal period of 2010-2011.
As the corporation continues to unveil its growth strategies it is becoming
more and more apparent that GRIT's development is growing exponentially
will require the services of one of the Big 4. GRIT will be announcing its
decision via press release on or before November 30th 2010. The need for
engaging and affiliating with one of the Big 4 will provide third party
validity to GRIT's projected growth potential.
Management Highlights
Management continues to release its strategic planning parameters, such as
with October 6th, 2010 Press Release stating Petroleum Unit Subsidiary
Spin-off; GRIT shareholders will get the new GRIT-Petroleum shares for a
nominal or token value eg: 0.01 Euro/Per Share. All GRIT shareholders on a
yet to be announced record date and share ratio, will be entitled to
participate in this opportunity, subject to a final board approval, and
reviewed by our accountants, legal advisors, and market makers.
