[Bad Salzuflen, 11 December 2013] ZOW – International Exhibition for Suppliers to the Furniture and Interior Design Industries – will continue to be held in Bad Salzuflen in the years to come. At this year's Exhibition for Suppliers to the Mechanical Engineering Industry (FMB), the cooperation partners extended their contracts until 2018. As a result, ZOW will remain an integral part of Europe's largest furniture cluster in Ostwestfalen-Lippe as a compact meeting point of the sector each year.
"The extension of the contracts is a clear sign: ZOW symbolises the industry and is committed to the industry and the location", says Horst Rudolph, Director of the Exhibition Organiser Clarion Events Deutschland. The cooperation partners reinforced their collaboration at the successfully completed FMB, which attracted a total of 5,728 visitors and featured 445 exhibitors. The Directors of
Messezentrum Bad Salzuflen, Andreas Reibchen and Bernd Schäfermeier, reached an agreement with Greg Ward, Clarion Events Ltd. and Horst Rudolph to the effect that ZOW will be held in Bad Salzuflen on an annual basis in the years to come. „The furniture cluster in Ostwestfalen simply needs such an event. The ZOW is an inherent part of the annual fair calendar, which is why we are very happy to provide a solid platform for the upcoming years”, says Andreas Reibchen. The up-and-coming event FMB will also continue to be staged in the well-known halls of the Exhibition Centre.
