High order intake through innovative products
Schopfloch, October 8, 2010. Significantly more visitors than in the
previous year attended the in-house trade shows held by four of HOMAG Group
AG's subsidiaries in the last week of September 2010. The management board
of HOMAG Group AG is extremely pleased with this resonance and the order
intake achieved at the trade shows held by HOMAG Holzbearbeitungssysteme
GmbH, HOLZMA Plattenaufteiltechnik GmbH, FRIZ Kaschiertechnik GmbH and
WEINMANN Holzbausystemtechnik GmbH.
Alone the largest subsidiary, HOMAG Holzbearbeitungssysteme GmbH, set a new
record with more than 2,400 visitors. The in-house trade shows have become
even more international with some 50 percent of visitors coming from other
countries - many of them from Asia, China in particular, and from the USA.
The HOMAG Group companies presented stand-alone machines as well as
complete production lines at the in-house trade shows. Specialist
presentations and knowledgeable talks allowed the visitors from the
furniture and construction element industry as well as joiners and
carpenters to get an insight into the group companies' numerous world
novelties. This put the HOMAG Group at the center of the
performance-orientated wood processing world for four days.
