Munich, October 13, 2010 - In the course of yesterday's Annual General
Meeting 2010 of CDG Packaging Holding AG in Munich, the attending
shareholders have approved all agenda items overwhelmingly.
Amongst others, the shareholders also resolved upon an increase of the
company's share capital by up to EUR 100,000.00 from currently EUR
250,000.00 to up to EUR 350,000.00 through a capital increase for cash. The
details of this capital increase will be determined and announced by the
company's Management Board in due time.
The proceeds from this corporate action will be used for the further
build-up and expansion of the company's organisation as CDG Packaging
Holding AG does not have any operational activities so far.
