Proctor Financial, Inc. Receives Three Year ISO 9001:08 Recertification
(firmenpresse) - TROY, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 12/11/13 -- Proctor Financial, Inc. (PFI), a leading provider of lender-placed insurance and related services, is pleased to announce the three year recertification of its ISO 9001:08 registration effective November 7, 2013.
Since PFI's original ISO 9001:08 certification in January 2011, the company has maintained strong dedication to continual improvement of processes, effective root-cause analysis and consistent focus on positive customer relationships.
In October 2013, the OCC released a bulletin offering risk management guidance for third party relationships. The bulletin states, "Consider any certification by independent third parties for compliance with domestic or international standards (e.g., the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the International Standards Organization (ISO))." As a third party vendor, PFI has been proactive to achieve such standing and it is uniquely qualified to demonstrate its competencies to financial institution regulators.
PFI's senior management team continues to monitor, control and persistently improve the quality of its lender-placed insurance processes to ISO 9001:08 standards.
