LIMES Capital GmbH advised Schneekoppe GmbH&Co. KG in regard to the
structuring and the successful placement of notes in the capital markets.
The issuance volume totals EUR 10 million and the bond as a tenor of 5
years. It carries a coupon of 6.45 % per annum. The notes were placed with
individual as well as with institutional investors within a period of 3
weeks. (ISIN: DE000A1EWHX9). There were no further underwriting banks
involved in this transaction. Investors were able to order the notes
directly from the stock exchange in Düsseldorf. The proceeds will be used
for corporate purposes, including the further growth of the business of
SCHNEEKOPPE, the introduction of new product lines, and the repayment of
certain financial facilities.

food. Today, the company is one of the leaders in the health food market in
Germany and in Austria. The products are also available in some 40 other
