HAMBORNER REIT AG - Further commercial property acquired in Bad Homburg
pedestrianised zone
Duisburg, 12 December 2013 - HAMBORNER REIT AG has this week signed a
purchase agreement for a commercial property at Louisenstrasse 66 in Bad
Homburg. The property is located in the best part of the highly cultivated
Louisenstrasse pedestrianised zone, in direct proximity to the Kurhaus and
the property already bought by HAMBORNER in 2011 at Louisenstrasse 53-57.
The property that has now been acquired has rental space of around 3,200
m². The main tenant is Commerzbank. With current rental income of around
EUR434,000 per year, it has a gross initial yield of 5.47%.
The property was sold by the fund company Aberdeen Asset Management
Deutschland AG. The sale was brokered by NAI Apollo. Ownership is expected
to transfer in the first quarter of 2014.
