Distinguished addition - Noerr expands Energy Group with Cornelia Kermel
and Maximilian Uibeleisen
Berlin/Frankfurt, 16 December 2013.
Noerr significantly increases its capacity in the energy sector with two
distinguished personnel additions. From 1 January, the outstanding energy
lawyer Dr. Cornelia Kermel joins the Noerr Energy Group as an equity
partner. Kermel, to date partner with the Berlin law firm Sammler Usinger,
will join the Berlin office with two Associates.
At the same time, Dr. Maximilian Uibeleisen will take up the position as
Associated Partner in the Frankfurt Noerr office. Uibeleisen has been with
Freshfields for seven years, latterly as Principal Associate, acting in
many renewable energy and conventional power station projects.

Cornelia Kermel is among the leading experts on the energy industry. She

defending against their takeover by municipalities or conversion of

time. With his expertise, Maximilian Uibeleisen therefore ideally
