GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB, Friday, October 29th, 2010: GRIT International Inc.,
'GRIT' (FRANKFURT: 3GR1) is pleased to announce that it has an accumulated
total of EUR 10 million financing in the form of equity lines. The funding
will be used to assist with the purchase of certain assets and working
capital. GRIT will continue to work toward its aggressive expansion plans
with this round of financing contracted.
Furthermore, due to an increasing international shareholder base, and in
particular, investor interest from Germany and other parts of Europe, GRIT
is now launching regular international pre-announced investor conference
calls.
The investor conference calls will commence Wednesday, November 3th 2010,
5:00 pm (Central European time). Grit's management will be available by
telephone conference to discuss ongoing corporate developments, which will
include upcoming events and the general outlook for the immediate future.
