Lumina Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/13 -- Lumina Copper Corp. (TSX VENTURE: LCC) (the "Company") announces that it has amended its Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") to increase the number of common shares issuable under the Plan by 938,695 common shares to a maximum of 4,365,000 common shares, in addition to other ancillary amendments.
The Company has granted incentive stock options under the Plan to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 630,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $5.53 per share, will expire on December 16, 2018, and will vest in three equal parts over the first two years after grant.
