Hamburg, 4 November 2010. Lifestyle company TOM TAILOR, which has been
listed on the stock exchange since March 2010 and the Small Cap Index
(SDAX(R)) since June 2010, is expanding its Investor Relations division. On
1 November 2010, Dr. Andrea Rolvering assumed her new position as Head of
Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. In this position, Dr.
Rolvering will promote the strategic expansion and internationalisation of
Investor Relations activities.

committed IR expert in Dr. Rolvering, who will be responsible for

shareholders - both domestically and abroad - as well to rating agencies,'

Dr. Rolvering had been employed with MDAX(R)-listed Symrise AG since 2007,
where she had been responsible for the Investor Relations division for the
past two years. Prior to this position, the business school graduate
previously held a position in Investor Relations with Douglas Holding AG,
which is also listed on the MDAX(R).
Dr. Rolvering additionally has proven expertise in the creation of annual
reports.
In her position, Dr. Rolvering reports directly to the CFO, Dr. Axel
Rebien.
