Vancouver, B.C., December 17, 2013 – INCA ONE RESOURCES CORP. (TSX‐V:IO) (“Inca One” or
the “Company”) is pleased to announce a private placement of 1,915,500 shares at $0.10 per
share, which shares will be issued to parties, including an officer of the Company, who have sold
previously an equivalent number of common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share
through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company has agreed to reimburse the
subscribers for the cost of the sale of their shares in the market.
The net proceeds from the placement will be used to advance the development of the Company’s
Chala One milling facility in Peru.
The shares to be issued will be subject to a four month hold period. The placement is subject to
the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
