BURKHARDT advised IBS Group Holding Limited in connection with the segment
change to the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General
Standard) comprehensively on all matters of German and Russian law. The
transaction comprised the drafting and the coordination of the first
prospectus for Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) that the Federal Financial
Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht,
BaFin) approved as well as the respective coordination with the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange in connection with the admission to listing. With today's
GDR listing at the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange the exchange was for the first time able to attract an
issuer of GDRs for this segment.
