AEG Power Solutions B.V. Assigned Standard&Poor's Corporate Rating
Luxembourg - November 11, 2010 - 3W Power Holdings S.A. (WKN A0Q5SX /
ISIN GG00B39QCR01) today announced that its subsidiary, AEG Power Solutions
B.V., has been assigned a preliminary 'B-' corporate rating with a 'stable
outlook' by the international rating agency, Standard&Poor's Corporation
(S&P).
Dr. Horst J. Kayser, CEO, comments: 'This preliminary corporate rating by
Standard&Poor's provides our existing and potential investors with an
independent objective assessment of the creditworthiness of AEG Power
