The community4you GmbH transformed into the community4you AG.
(firmenpresse) - The company community4you with representative office in Chemnitz is since 06.01.2014 a holding company. With the entry in the commercial register of Chemnitz the restructuring is now completed.
The company community4you was established on January, 1 2001 in Chemnitz under the legal form of a GmbH. The Saxon company is a worldwide successful software producer of ERP products in the areas of fleet management, leasing management, object management, procurement, GPS tracking and trade fair management. Along with the marketing, development and implementation of software the full-service-system house supports its customers with comprehensive consultancy services on process analyses and the planning and conception of IT projects. All software products are developed on the basis of our integration platform open-EIS and are employed worldwide.
In a short time community4you has established itself successfully on a national and international level and developed itself to a leading software producer. Through a permanent increasing number of project orders the company grows continuously.With the restructuring in a holding company community4you lays the foundations for further expansion and thus comes a step closer to its vision. In connection with this a lot of strategically important changes will come upon community4you: The legal form of a holding company is internationally known and acknowledged and that facilitates significantly business activities abroad.
The co-founder and present managing director Uwe Bauch will be chairman of the board of directors and will coordinate the strategic development of the community4you AG. The present partner Janko Nebel as well as Lavinio Cerquetti will advance in the board of directors. With Mr Klaus Ingensiep as a chairman of the supervisory board and Mr Gilbert Toepffer as a deputy chairman of the supervisory board there could be won the support of two renowned personalities. As a member of the Supervisory Board will act also Ms Susan Bauch.
After completing the transformation the chairman of the board of directors Uwe Bauch commented: “The restructuring into the community4you AG is another important requirement in order to achieve our high growth targets. Therewith we open up for investors and offer our employees opportunities of a shareholding. Furthermore we aim an initial public offering in the next five years.”
