Public Debate on Flouridation on the Island of Curacao with Professor Dr. Paul Connett
(firmenpresse) - Today there was a press conference at "Sunscape Resort" to announce the visit of Professor Dr. Paul Connett, who is one of the most respected Professor world wide when the subject "Water Fluoridation and the toxicity comes to mind. He is a Professor with more then 20 years of experience in the matter of Fluoride.
Professor Dr. Paul Connett will be in Curacao on the 21st of Januari 2014. He will visit various cites, and will be at our debate which will take place on the 22nd of januari at the WTC, World Trade Center, Piscadera Bay. He will give important information about the dangers of Fluoridation of municipal waters.
Mr. Rudolf de Wit, president of the Komishon Anti-Fluoride, together with 6 members (Amanda Pang, Sonia de Lira, Ryan de Jongh, Joh Radermacher, Shameeza van Loon and Ilse de Windt) took the decision to invite Professor Paul Connett to come to Curacao to give a lecture. The motive for this invitation lies in the fact that the Komishon Anti-Fluoride has been working for the very hard, for the last year to get Government to Stop the dangerous practice of adding Fluor to the municipal water of Curacao.
The 2 main reasons are:
1. LAW
1 The violation of Human rights
this in an international treaty that protects every human being against unjust treatment, in
this case art 8)
2 The violation of our state regulation (Staatsregeling), that protects every citizen of
Curacao, which is the case when its about adding fluoride to our municipal water, art 11
3 The negation of the Supreme Court (Hoge Raad) of 22nd of June 1973
2. The doses that the Goverment has been adding to our water and the doses he intends to
increase it with, taking as our standpoint The WHO guidelines.
Komishon Anti-Fluoride wants to enfaces the fact that we do not want to discuss whether Fluoride is good or bad science, but when u decide to add Fluoride at least take the WHO guidelines into consideration the way they are intended to.
"From the moment Komishon Anti-Fluoride made their statement another group started to give an entire different version of what Flouride really is, that is why Komishon Anti-Fluoride decided to bring a real expert on the topic to help to bring more clarity about what Fluoride really is, the advantages and the disadvantages" according to Mr Rudolf de Wit.
Komishon Anti-Fluorde wants to announce that the debate will take place this 22nd of Januari 2014 at the WTC, World Trade Center at Piscadera Bay from 19:00-20:00 o'clock.
The debate will be televised by TeleCuracao, CBA-Television and Radio MAS (99.7 FM)
For the debate Komishon Anti-Fluoride has extended an invitation to all the members of parlement of Curacao,epidemiologist of GGD,our Health Inspector and the director of Aqualectra our water plant.
We also invited our Minister of Health Mr. Ben Whiteman and Epidemiologist Izzy Gerstenbluth to come and explain his views during this debate, this way we can give a more balanced information to our community.

Professor Dr. Paul Connett
Paul Connett is Professor Emeritus in Environmental Chemistry at ST. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. For the past 30 years, Paul has put his scientific knowledge to were by helping (without fee) communities around the world understand the science of controversial issues like incineration an fluoridation. In addition to explaining the dangers of these practices he offers details on alternatives .
