NPM provides at-a-glance insights into the health of network hardware by monitoring, alerting and reporting on the state of the key devices sensors, including temperature, fan speed and power supply.
· SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager (NCM) automates network configuration and change management, enabling bulk change deployment to thousands of devices, performing scheduled network configuration backups, and protecting against unauthorised and erroneous network changes. NCM also includes an integrated database of end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for Cisco® and Juniper switches and routers.

He has been working with Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Software Update Services (SUS) since the release of SUS SP1 in 2003, and update management, generally, since the availability of Windows Update in 1997. He contributes regularly to Mission Critical.
