The vessel willcommence charter mid September 2009 and Deep Sea Supply's contractualcounter party is Egyptian Company for Gas Services (ECGS). Estimatedlength of contract is between 1 and 1 ½ years equivalent to thatrequired to support a two (2) well drilling program.
