Experienced manager appointed to member of the executive board
In its meeting today, the supervisory board of Sinosol AG has appointed
Mr. Norbert Unterharnscheidt (54) with immediate effect as member of the
executive board. He will lead the company together with Mr. Ying Li, member
of the executive board and CEO (35).
Norbert Unterharnscheidt studied business and engineering and worked for
several years in accounting and consulting as an executive manager, such as
CFO and industrial relations director at Rothenberger, Voith, Paul Hartmann
and lastly at Hugo Boss.
Norbert Unterharnscheidt is succeeding Mr. Raphael Krause, who has been
heading and developing the international PV-Project business and the
finance sectors of the company. Due to personal reasons and in the best
mutual agreement with the supervisory board, Mr. Krause is not extending
his mandate beyond December 31st, 2010. Mr. Krause will be available to the
company as a consultant for an interim period. The Supervisory Board thanks
Mr. Krause for his very committed and dedicated work for the company in the
past five years and wishes him all the best for his professional and
private future.
Sven P. Krug is also leaving the executive board of Sinosol AG, effective
December 31st, 2010, upon his own request. Mr. Krug has been heading and
developing the wholesale, logistics, marketing, product technology and
quality audit sectors of Sinosol AG since 2008. Mr. Krug will remain
amicably affiliated with and is available as a consultant to the company.
The supervisory board thanks Mr. Krug for his very committed and dedicated
work for the company in the past three years and wishes him all the best
for his professional and private future.
Due to his many years of broad experience Mr. Unterharnscheidt will
especially contribute to the further expansion of the rapidly growing
European business.
