New, highly dynamic servo motor series
The new DYNASYN DD motor series impresses with its high dynamic response, power density, and energy efficiency
(PresseBox) - Thanks to the design of the new series, the moment of inertia has been reduced and the dynamic response has been significantly increased. Moreover, the accelerating power has more than doubled.
On the other hand, the connection has been cut in half: a single cable version of the motors is available. This single cable solution from AMK combines the voltage supply and digital encoder signal in one cable. As a result, the encoder cable required up to now, along with its installation, can be eliminated completely.
Excellent energy efficiency results from the use of high-performance materials and well-devised motor technology. Through the use of clever cooling concepts and effective heat management, the achievable continuous power has been further increased.
With a service life of 40,000 hours, the average life is almost twice that of the the usual 20,000 hours in the market.
The modular design of the DD motors not only allows faster delivery but also customized expansions.
At present, the DYNASYN DD series includes two different sizes and various lengths. It is available with convection cooling or liquid cooling. Users will find a large selection in order to choose the right motor for their particular application.
