Hamburg, December 1, 2010 - Following the successful IPO of TOM TAILOR
Holding AG in March 2010, Alpha Funds today has sold its remaining 2.8
million shares in the company. As a result, the free float of TOM TAILOR
shares increased to more than 85 percent.
'Alpha Fund's lock-up period as a pre-IPO shareholder (since 2005) expired
at the end of September. Consequently, the sale of the remaining shares in
TOM TAILOR held by Alpha Funds was to be expected. The transaction newly
defines our shareholder structure for the long-term. We regard the
significant increase in free float as an opportunity to further improve the
liquidity of our shares,' commented Dr. Axel Rebien, CFO of the TOM TAILOR
Group.
