Shareholdings increased from 20 to 100%
Effective January 1, 2011 Impreglon's last minority holding has become a
100% daughter company. Now all of the 6 originally co-founded foreign
minority holdings have been transferred to fully owned operations to be
consolidated in the group.
Impreglon Sverige, founded in Löddeköpinge in Southern Sweden in 1994, is
specialized on wear resistant coatings with superior release and sliding
properties. One of its many worldwide customers is Tetrapak.
