100 new "Shooting Stars" for IWA Trade Fair
Umarex offers traditional design with hightech approach
(PresseBox) - UMAREX welcomes you to the IWA 2014 in Nuremberg and is pleased that you are interested in our new products. This year we will again be unveiling a number of new models that everyone will be talking about. Some examples:
New spring-operated air rifles: Umarex continues its trend in favor of products made in Germany with the WALTHER models TERRUS, CENTURY and LGU. The Terrus is an entry-level rifle with a wooden or synthetic stock, and the Century features a big 30-mm piston and a "gentle" muzzle energy of 24 joules. The underlever Walther LGU uses the proven rotary piston technology of the LGV. Try them all at our 10 meter shooting range!
New technologies: The CO2 version of the WALTHER PPS with enhanced blowback system fires its 4.5 mm BBs with a noticeably stronger recoil but uses its propellant economically. The legendary Colt Python revolver is now available in a CO2 version and takes loading shells for 4.5 mm BBs. It comes in a 2.5-inch, 4-inch or 6-inch version, blued or nickel plated. Our RAM models have been superseded by the .43 caliber T4E defense training marker rifles (muzzle energy 5 joules), which can shoot rubber-, powder- or pepper projectiles.
Brand new: the IWI JERICHO B in three different over-the-counter versions.
New classic models: To mark the 50th anniversary of Heckler & Koch's machine pistol MP5, Umarex has brought out new licensed models like the MP5 A5, the MP5-K and its successor, the MP7 A1 (of course at 1:1 scale). The famous Colt M1911 is available as a CO2 pistol in the modern M45 CQBP version. There is also a limited WW II Commemorative version in a "used" look.
New search lights: The WALTHER SLP 500 search light comes in an innovative design with a frame in the finish of the WALTHER PPQ. With its high intensity of 700 lumens and lower levels of 250 and 15 lumens it covers all possible uses. A USB cable, charger and car adapter are included. The unusual Perfecta "Headache" lamps sure to impress as well.
New knife series: The DELTA SERIES from Elite Force - unusual knives with great value for money - and the WALTHER TFK (tactical folding knife) with an ergonomic grip.
