GRIT INTERNATIONAL INC. - ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY AGREEMENTS IN PARTNERING
WITH ONE OF THE BIG FOUR AUDITORS, M&A STRATEGISTS AND LEGAL ADVISORS
GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - Tuesday- December 07th, 2010 - GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F) is pleased to announce that management has met with three,
potential partnering's, a big four auditor, a merger&acquisitions group,
and a legal advisor specializing in merger&acquisitions.
As stated in previous Press Releases, GRIT's management has been at the
German Equity Forum held in Frankfurt, Germany. Scheduled where meetings
with investors, equity funders, accounting and legal firms throughout the
week. Not only did management meet with the above but also met with
delegates from West African Countries, and potential investment
opportunities; currently under review.
We close by informing investors that management has interviewed with one of
the big four auditors, a merger&acquisitions group, and legal firm; whom
are currently under review and potential contract. We will keep all
informed shortly once management and parties have reached an agreement.
