St. Gallen, 7 December 2010 - CLEANTECH INVEST AG (ISIN: CH0034183175,
Ticker Frankfurt: 4CT, Ticker Berne: CTI, www.cleantech-invest.ch) - a
Berne and Frankfurt Stock Exchange listed Growth Capital Fund focusing on
Clean Technology Investments announces its investment into the Zonzoo
Group. Cleantech Invest AG led and structured the EUR 1.5M convertible note
financing round together with existing investors StoneFund NV and
OakInvest.
Zonzoo Group (www.zonzoo.com) is an international leader in the recovery,
refurbishment and reuse of used mobile phones. Since its inception in 2001,
Zonzoo has succeeded in establishing extensive sourcing and distribution
capabilities. In addition to online sourcing, Zonzoo acquires used mobile
