- Asset management mandate for eight properties in Berlin obtained

Cologne, December 8, 2010 - Colonia Real Estate Solutions GmbH has expanded
its Asset Management division with two new mandates. Colonia Real Estate
Solutions is Colonia Real Estate AG's repositioned platform where the
company has grouped together its real estate services under one roof. From
transaction consulting through asset and property management to sales
management, Colonia Real Estate Solutions offers tailored services for
residential and commercial real estate.
Colonia Real Estate Solutions' first success was receiving the asset
management contract for eight properties in Berlin. The attractive
buildings in a downtown location comprise rental space totaling
approximately 60,000 sqm. The key priorities for these eight properties are
to leverage possibilities for extension, reduce the vacancy rate, which
currently stands at around 35%, and in some cases to reposition the
buildings on the market.
Colonia Real Estate Solutions obtained the second mandate from a
Cologne-based project company, which has entrusted Colonia Real Estate
Solutions with supervising and managing an office project development in
Cologne. The mandate also includes the sale of the group of buildings at a
later stage.

intended to strengthen our services area further. In obtaining these two
asset management mandates, we have achieved a major first step towards
