Hämmerling sees very positive response at Tyreexpo in South Africa
The Paderborn-based Hämmerling Group, a tyre wholesaler operating on an international scale with its house brands ATHOS, MAXX, TALAS and SÄMM, has given a positive summary of its presence at the Tyreexpo Africa in Johannesburg. The number of dealers, wholesalers and forwarding agents who visited the stand at the Sandton Convention Centre between the fourth and sixth of March has markedly increased, compared to the last presence. Managing director Ralf Hämmerling is satisfied: "We are delighted that the ATHOS and Hämmerling brands are already well-known in Africa and that we were able to gain even more publicity for our products." This is proven by countless discussions at the trade show and the specific requests coming in before and after the event.
(firmenpresse) - The Hämmerling Group, which was represented in Johannesburg for the second time, decided to showcase its products at the "Tyreexpo Africa", because it expects good marketing opportunities on the African continent, especially for its house brands ATHOS truck tyres and TALAS steel-disk truck wheels.
In Africa, the demand for high-quality products offering a good price/performance ratio is rising, too. "That's why we see excellent opportunities there", says Hämmerling. This applies even more, because there are many wholesalers who are very interested in collaborating with European partners. "For this reason, the contacts we were able to establish or intensify during the trade show were extremely valuable", continues the managing director.
During our discussions with the extremely competent visitors at the fair they kept on praising the high quality of Germany's products and enterprises. ATHOS tyres, in particular, impressed them due to their qualities, such as the good price/performance ratio and the seal of the German Technical Inspectorate (TÜV).
Hämmerling Group combines various companies and service providers in the tyre and logistics industries. It is headquartered in Paderborn (Germany). The group includes an international tyre wholesaler, company-owned production facilities for truck remoulds, a shipping company with 5 locations all over Europe, a tyre and truck service centre, as well as an IT service provider and a marketing agency. The enterprise has a workforce of 400.
